EUGENE ROBINSON (From San Francisco, as anyone who has witnessed , the cult rock group-cum-fight club,Oxbow live can confirm, Eugene is one of rock music's most unique and compelling performers. Eugene has written for GQ, The Wire, Grappling Magazine, LA Weekly, Vice, Hustler and Decibel, among many others. He grew up in New York City, where he first understood the surreal joy of a bloody nose obtained through fighting. The 6'1", 235-pound Robinson has worked in magazine publishing, film, and television. He has studied boxing, Kenpo karate, Muay Thai , wrestling, and Brazilian jiu jitsu.
